Interim Director of Estates, Further Education

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a Further Education College in the South East who are looking to appoint an interim Director of Estates for a period of 6 months.

The primary focus of the role is to provide leadership across the estate, facilities and campus infrastructure.

This is broad role supporting the COO on an operational as well as strategic basis.

• Developing and reviewing the Estates Strategy ensuring its aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan.
• Leading the development and ongoing review of a long-term Estates Masterplan.
• Providing strategic advice and recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer, Principal and Governors on estate development and investment priorities.
• Providing leadership and management of all hard and soft facilities management services.
• Ensuring full statutory compliance on health and safety.

This role is onsite 5 days a week with a start date as soon as possible.
