Transformation Programme Director – City, University of London & St George’s, University of London

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be supporting City, University of London & St George’s, University of London on the immediate appointment of the Transformation Programme Director (FTC, 2 years) to oversee an exciting programme that will deliver a proposed merger between the two Universities.  The primary purpose of the role is to design, lead and drive the Transformation Programme for the new combined University to deliver the major and complex changes required to meet the vision of a merged institution.

The position will work closely with the senior leadership teams of both institutions and stakeholders to advise, support and challenge the required transformational changes.  Previous experience of managing large scale complex change and transformation programmes at pace including target operating models, mergers or acquisitions ideally within a Higher Education, Medicine, Health or Social Care (inc NHS) setting is essential for this position.
