In this article, Hayley spoke with Dr Thomas Flynn, who is the current Chief Operating Officer of the Girls’ Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust (MAT), with a turnover of £30m, over 500 staff, and responsible for the education of 4500 children aged 11-18 years.
