Nicki Pritchard shared her thoughts with d&i Leaders on how organisations can ensure their diversity trainings are effective, specifically around Anderson Quigley’s diversity audit.
She says, “Diversity audits can help organisations evaluate workforce demographics and workforce culture while illuminating where diversity is lacking and understand the work that still needs to be done.”
