Lead culture. Shape strategy. Deliver lasting organisational change.
We’re partnering with a London based university who is seeking an exceptional Interim Head of Organisational Development, Culture & Transformation to help shape the next chapter of its organisational journey. This is a rare opportunity to influence culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness at scale. Working as a trusted adviser to the Executive team, you’ll help create an organisation that is fit for the future – designing approaches that improve leadership capability, strengthen organisational performance and embed meaningful, sustainable change.
Why this role?
Universities are under increasing pressure to deliver more with less. Financial constraints, workforce challenges, changing expectations and ambitious transformation programmes mean that organisational development has never been more important. This role sits at the heart of those conversations.
You’ll lead institution-wide programmes spanning organisational design, culture, leadership effectiveness and transformation, helping senior leaders navigate complexity while ensuring people remain central to every decision.
We’re looking for someone who:
Whether your background is higher education, the NHS, local government or another large, values-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you if you’ve successfully delivered strategic organisational change.
What you’ll find
This is an institution with genuine ambition, a clear strategic direction and senior leaders who recognise that successful transformation starts with people.
You’ll inherit a talented team, significant executive visibility and the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy through culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
If you’re ready to shape the future of a complex institution, please get in touch with Claire Lauder at Anderson Quigley.
All enquiries will be handled in the strictest confidence.
