Reporting to the Registrar and working closely with senior colleagues, the Director of International Relations will play a key role in strengthening the Collegiate’s international profile and developing a coherent, relationship-led approach to global recruitment, marketing and engagement.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering the Collegiate’s international recruitment and marketing strategy, leading and supporting Overseas Recruitment Managers across key global markets, and building productive relationships with families, agents, consultants and strategic partners. They will use market insight and performance data to identify opportunities for sustainable growth, while representing Queen Ethelburga’s with professionalism and confidence internationally.
The successful candidate will bring experience in international recruitment, admissions, business development, marketing or a related field, together with a strong understanding of relationship management within an international context. They will be commercially aware, strategically minded and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to representing the Collegiate’s values and reputation.
