Anderson Quigley is looking to recruit a highly capable and experienced interim Director of People for a London FE College. The role is to start end of August, initially until the end of December 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong People Operations skills; you will be systems driven and will be adept at updating policies and central records.
It is essential that you have recent FE experience in a similar role.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on site 3 days a week.
Fixed term contract on a pro rata salary or day rate (Inside IR35) will be considered.
