Anderson Quigley is supporting a leading higher education institution with the appointment of an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Business Intelligence & Planning.
This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a planning, performance or business intelligence professional who can help shape an institution’s approach to insight, decision-making and strategic delivery.
Working as part of the Strategy, Planning and Performance function, you will play a key role in embedding an insight-led culture, ensuring that senior leaders have access to the analysis, intelligence and performance information needed to support effective decision-making and deliver strategic priorities.
You will lead a team of planning, business intelligence and performance specialists, overseeing the development of performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and management information that provide a clear view of organisational performance. You will also coordinate the annual business planning cycle, helping translate strategic objectives into meaningful plans and measurable outcomes across academic and professional services areas.
About you
You will be an experienced planning, performance and/or business intelligence leader with a strong track record of using data and insight to influence organisational decision-making and improvement.
You will have experience of:
Experience within higher education, including knowledge of institutional planning, regulatory reporting and the challenges facing the sector, would be highly desirable.
You will be a collaborative and credible leader, able to build strong relationships across an organisation and create a culture where data is trusted, accessible and actively used to drive improvement.
