Interim Head of Access and Participation, London University
Anderson Quigley are delighted to be working with a London-based university who are looking to appoint an Interim Head of Access & Participation.
Your main areas of responsibility will focus on:
- Delivering an institution-wide strategy to reduce gaps in access, achievement, and progression, while leading key elements of the Access and Participation Plan (APP) to enhance outcomes for underrepresented and disadvantaged students.
- Supporting the University to ensure there are suitable systems and data management processes to enable effective delivery of APP interventions, including analysing relevant datasets and communicating insights to key stakeholders.
- Line managing and developing the APP Student Success Manager providing appropriate support and mentoring.
- Providing strategic leadership for collaborative provision—working closely with franchise partners to identify risks, implement targeted interventions, and promote best practice.
It would be essential for the successful candidate to have experience in higher education, a strong track record in access and participation strategy, data-driven decision making, and experience working with collaborative or partner provision.
The contract length is 6 months starting in May, with hybrid working 2–3 days onsite.
