Anderson Quigley are working with a university seeking an experienced interim leader to drive transformation across Academic Registry and student-facing professional services.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working in close partnership with academic leadership, this role will lead the redesign and embedding of structures across Academic and Student Services. The focus is on creating a more integrated, effective and student-centred operating model, aligned to wider institutional change.

This is a senior and highly influential role, requiring the ability to operate across both academic and professional service environments, with credibility and confidence at every level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading transformation across Academic Registry and student services
  • Delivering and embedding new organisational structures
  • Driving alignment between central and faculty-based professional services
  • Working closely with senior academic stakeholders to support the academic mission
  • Ensuring a seamless and high-quality student experience

We are looking for:

  • Significant experience within Academic Registry and/or student services
  • A track record of leading transformation in higher education
  • Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Political awareness and the ability to navigate complex environments
  • The credibility to work effectively with senior academic leaders
