As the new Head of School, you will be a visible leader who inspires confidence across the school community. Reporting to the Trust CEO and working closely with governors, you will shape and deliver a bold educational vision rooted in the Academy’s values. In this role you will: 

• Lead with values at the heart championing supportive, tolerant, resilient and visionary leadership, and embedding integrity and excellence in every aspect of school life.  

• Drive academic and personal development ensuring all students flourish through a rich curriculum that encourages high expectations, love of learning and lifelong potential.  

• Build a culture of inclusion and belonging nurturing respectful relationships across staff, pupils, families and the wider community, recognising that every member of the school matters.  

• Develop exceptional teams attracting, growing and retaining talented colleagues who share the Academy’s commitment to character and achievement.  

• Engage the community strengthening partnerships with parents and stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and deepen Heron Hall’s local impact.

A credible and inspirational educational leader with a proven track record of success in school leadership or equivalent senior roles. A champion of high expectations balanced with care setting the bar for excellence while fostering a supportive environment for students and staff alike
