The Trust invites applications for the role of Head of School at Trinity Academy Newcastle an opportunity to provide values-led, visible leadership within a school that sits at the heart of its community and is on a clear journey of growth and ambition.
This is a pivotal appointment. Working in close partnership with the Executive Principal and wider Trust, the Head of School will play a central role in shaping the next phase of the Academy’s development strengthening the quality of education, embedding consistency in practice and ensuring that every student is known, supported and challenged to succeed.

Equally important is your ability to lead with authenticity and emotional intelligence: to build trust, develop others and create a culture in which both staff and students flourish.
This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on comfortable working at pace, attentive to detail and unwavering in their focus on outcomes.
