The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of senior leadership, ideally within complex or multi-phase settings, alongside the strategic vision and operational expertise required to lead at scale. Just as importantly, they will demonstrate the emotional intelligence and values-driven leadership needed to build relationships, nurture talent and sustain a culture where students are placed firmly at the centre of every decision.
