Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a multi academy trust in Leicestershire that is looking to engage an interim Assistant Principal-Behaviour/Pastoral to begin after Easter on an 18-month Fixed Term contract.
The role is to provide added capacity to the senior leadership team as there is currently a gap in skillset and capacity around behaviour. You will be happy to work operationally, implementing new behaviour policies as well as coaching and training non-teaching pastoral leads (student managers).
The school which got RI in its last Ofsted is in the Ofsted window. The current cohort of students is challenging. The school needs an experienced and highly skilled behaviour specialist to come in and hit the ground running providing rapid impact.
The role is ideally 5 days a week with some teaching commitment though 4 days would also be considered.
The engagement would be on a fixed term contract on a salary in the range L12 to L16.
