Interim Head of Governance, Multi-Academy Trust, London/Kent (Hybrid)

Do you have significant experience of senior MAT governance?

Ideally, our client would like someone who is really embedded in the mechanics of a good MAT governance function, has experience managing that function from end to end, and can be a safe pair of hands to oversee that for them until July 2026. The role is to cover the period until a new Head of Governance starts in the new academic year.

The Head of Governance is responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of governance across all the Livery Company’s schools and its associated Academies Trust. The role combines strategic governance leadership with hands‑on oversight of systems, people and processes.

The role will be considered on a F/T or P/T basis.

Salary is in the range £65K to £70K p.a. pro rata.
