Anderson Quigley is looking for a highly competent Pastoral senior leader who can hit the ground running in this small 11-16 secondary school. Immediate start until the end of the summer term initially.
Behaviour in the school is good, and attendance is at National Average, but it needs some clearer policies consistently applied. The school will look at engaging a candidate at either assistant head or deputy head level.
The role will ideally be 5 days a week though 4 days will be considered.
An assistant head role attracts a salary in the range L8 to L12 while a deputy head role attracts a salary in the region L16 to L20.
Ideally looking at a fixed term contract paying a salary on the books of the school though a day rate will also be considered.
