Anderson Quigley is delighted to be partnering with an established SEN charity that is looking to set up a new campus on the Greenwich Peninsula to provide employability courses/training for entry level roles with local businesses. These courses will be targeted at Adult MLD learners (19-25) with EHCPs.

The organisation is looking for an inspirational, versatile, agile and driven senior SEN practitioner who is also very commercially astute. It is essential that you have experience of new SEN school/college start-ups.

You will be tasked with further developing existing as well as sourcing new opportunities with local employers. You will also be responsible for attracting students from across London and parts of the South-East as well as having the credibility to engage confidently with commissioners and other relevant stakeholders. You will also lead the campus while it gets established.

There is a blueprint for this type of rollout within the organisation albeit in a different geographical setting.

The role is to begin as soon as possible for a period of up to 12 months initially (could lead to a permanent role) and would attract a salary of between £75K and £90K p.a. pro rata.
