Head of Clinical Services (Education), Charitable Organisation- London and South Coast

We are delighted to be supporting this long-established client of ours as they seek to appoint to a new role – Head of Clinical Services (Education).

You will be the registered professional lead for nursing and all therapy services across their national Education Directorate which includes a school and college on the south coast and a college in London. You will be expected to travel.

The role involves working closely with the Director of Education, Commercial Business Manager, Headteachers, and senior colleagues to deliver outstanding, cost-effective, and sustainable health and therapeutic interventions in specialist education settings for children and young people with complex disabilities.

You will have:

Current NMC or HCPC registration (no restrictions)

• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
• Experience leading clinical teams and delivering high-quality care
• Strong communication, organisational, and partnership skills
• Passion for innovation and inclusion
• An interest in animal/equine assisted therapy

Salary circa £75K p.a.
