TASIS England now seeks to appoint a Director of Finance and Operations, a pivotal senior leadership role that sits at the heart of the School’s future.
This is an opportunity for an experienced and strategic leader to steward the financial health, operational effectiveness and physical environment of a complex, international organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of School and working closely with the Board, the Director of Finance and Operations will play a critical role in shaping long-term sustainability while ensuring day-to-day operations enable outstanding educational outcomes.
The remit is broad and influential. The successful candidate will lead finance, budgeting, forecasting and risk management, alongside responsibility for operations including estates, facilities, IT, procurement and compliance. They will bring clarity, rigour and insight to decision-making, translating strategy into delivery across a diverse and multicultural community.
TASIS England is looking for a leader with strong financial acumen, sound operational judgement and the confidence to operate at Board level. Just as important is the ability to work collaboratively, communicate with warmth and authority, and navigate the cultural nuance of a truly international environment. Experience within education, not-for-profit or international organisations will be particularly valuable.
