The Horsham Learning Alliance is an ambitious and values-driven partnership of schools, united by a shared commitment to improving life chances for every child. As the Alliance continues to grow in scale and aspiration, we are seeking an exceptional Digital Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how technology enables learning, leadership and long-term sustainability across our schools.
This is a new senior, trust-wide leadership role, offering the opportunity to think strategically, act decisively and make a tangible difference to the educational experience of thousands of pupils.
The Role
The Digital Director will provide clear strategic leadership for all aspects of technology across the Alliance. You will ensure that digital infrastructure, systems and services are robust, secure and future-focused, while also championing the intelligent use of technology to enhance teaching, learning and operational efficiency.
You will lead the development and delivery of a coherent technology strategy aligned to the Alliance’s educational vision, balancing innovation with reliability and value for money. Working closely with Headteachers, central teams and external partners, you will translate strategic intent into practical, scalable solutions that work in real school environments.

This role will suit a credible and forward-thinking technology leader with experience of operating at senior level in a complex, multi-site organisation. You will bring:
