Background

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is a globally renowned charity at the forefront of science, horticulture, conservation and education. As well as a world-class visitor attraction, Kew Gardens has the privilege of being a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity as Head of Membership to lead, shape and deliver an ambitious strategy to significantly grow their membership community and income – driving acquisition, deepening engagement, and building lasting loyalty.

You will create compelling and meaningful member experiences that inspire immediate connection and long-term advocacy, while ensuring excellent day-to-day membership operations. As a senior leader, you will champion a membership-first mindset across Kew, motivating colleagues to see members as vital partners in our mission.

You will also play a pivotal role in bringing Kew’s new brand framework and CRM programme to life, using insight and innovation to strengthen engagement and accelerate support for Kew as a charity.
