Interim Business Development Manager, Independent provider of Specialist Education, Children’s Residential Care, and Supported Accommodation, Hybrid

Anderson Quigley is working with an independent provider of care and education who are looking to engage an interim Business Development Manager for a period of 3 to 6 months with an immediate start. The role will be hybrid but you will need to be flexible regarding office-based work in one or both of their hubs in Yorkshire and the North-West.

My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of their Ofsted Regulated Education Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in children’s social care and/or education provision , a deep understanding of regulations, EHCP’s, and sector dynamics.

This role is integral to identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with local authorities, and ensuring their services meet both regulatory standards and the evolving needs of young people.

The salary is £55K to £60K p.a. pro rata depending on experience and skillset. A day rate Inside IR35 will also be considered.
