Anderson Quigley is currently working with an SEMH school in the West Midlands that is looking to engage an Interim Principal to start asap until March/April in the first instance.
It is essential that you have recent experience of leading an SEMH or Alternative Provision. You need to be able to bring stability to the staff who have experienced significant change in recent months. You will be process driven and will ensure safeguarding is robust. This is an extremely challenging school with particular issues around the suitability of the Curriculum and the quality of Teaching and Learning.
The salary for this post if circa £75K p.a. pro rata. A day rate inside IR35 will also be considered (via an Umbrella Company). Expenses contribution may be considered for those candidates who are not local. This role is ideally 5 days a week.
