Head of Mayfair, Hybrid and Sixth

We are now seeking an outstanding leader to serve as Head of LPS Mayfair/Hybrid/Sixth, providing strategic direction and inspirational leadership across one of our most exciting and innovative portfolios.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Head will play a central role in shaping the continued evolution of LPS Mayfair while driving excellence across our Sixth Form and pioneering hybrid programmes. You will lead a committed and ambitious staff body, embedding a culture defined by curiosity, creativity and high aspiration. Central to the role is the ability to forge strong partnerships across the LPS network and with external organisations, ensuring students benefit from an education that is academically rigorous, future-focused and deeply connected to the world beyond school.
