Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with an FE college in London that is looking to engage a consultant to act as HR lead in the configuration and implementation of an upgrade to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ensuring it is fully aligned with College HR practices, policies and operational needs. The contractor will work closely with internal stakeholders and the HRIS vendor to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
This will be a hybrid role starting asap for a period of 3 months, ideally 5 days a week. The desired candidate will have proven experience in HRIS implementation and a strong understanding of UK HR policies and practice. In addition, they will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data validation and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. They will have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
The assignment day rate for this role is £450 via an Umbrella Company (with some flexibility for the right candidate) as the role is classified as Inside IR35.
