Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a UK university who are searching for an Interim Head of the Office for Student Conduct, Compliants and Appeals (OSCCA).
Your role will also be to support colleagues across the University by communicating advice, handling complex and sensitive individual cases, acting as the key point of contact with external parties on national policy issues, and contributing to wider university strategy where appropriate.
It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have leadership experience – you will manage a team of 8, an in-depth knowledge of student conduct, complaints and appeals, and the ability to manage sensitive casework in a complex, fast-changing environment.
The contract length is expected to be 3-6 months, with hybrid working of 1–2 days onsite.
Ideally, the interim would be able to start by the end of September, as the current role holder leaves in early October to ensure a smooth handover.
