Anderson Quigley is happy to be working with Regent College who are looking to appoint a Head of Programme (Sport).

As part of their continued growth and commitment to academic excellence, they are seeking a Head of Programme (Sport) to join their School of Health and Sports Science.
Role
Your main areas of responsibility will focus on supporting the Dean of School in enhancing and growing the discipline of Sport and the wider School of Health and Sports Science, ensuring that its programmes and academic delivery align with the strategic plans of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Planning and managing the resources required to ensure that academic and operational targets are met within the discipline area.
– Leading on the design and development of innovative and relevant curriculum.
– Inspiring and leading staff in academic practice, scholarly activity, and professional engagement.
– Working collaboratively across the School and institution on enhancement initiatives, curriculum review, and continuous improvement.
It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have:
– Strong leadership experience within higher education, ideally in sport or a related field.
– A stellar record of curriculum development.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
