Interim Assistant Director of International Recruitment, UK University

We’re supporting a UK university with a strong global outlook to appoint an Interim Assistant Director of International Recruitment, a critical role focused on growth across key international markets during a period of transition.

You’ll take the lead on international recruitment strategy and delivery, overseeing a large and geographically dispersed team, managing agent relationships, advising on scholarship allocation, and identifying where in-country resource and investment will have the most impact. You’ll be joining at a busy time, so the ability to get to grips with the brief quickly and provide clear direction will be essential.

What we’re looking for:
You’ll be an experienced leader in international recruitment within Higher Education, confident managing global teams and external partnerships, and well-versed in the data, dynamics and regulatory context of the sector. You’ll need to bring sound judgement, a collaborative style, and the ability to maintain pace while shaping a clear way forward.
