Interim Senior Secondary Leader (SEN and Inclusion)

Anderson Quigley is looking for an exceptional senior secondary leader who is a SEN and Inclusion specialist for a North London Secondary School. A SENCO qualification would be ideal though not essential as there is the opportunity to be mentored by the SENCO of an SEN school that shares the same site-great CPD opportunity for someone looking to broaden their skillset. It is vital that you have excellent leadership skills and that you are willing to roll up your sleeves and get work done. You will have a highly inclusive approach to education and will enjoy working in a highly diverse and challenging urban setting. 4 or 5 days a week will be considered.

The role will ideally be for the full academic year (2025/26) on a fixed term salaried basis on the books of the school. Salary can be discussed on application.
