We’re working with a university at a pivotal moment in its evolution. With a major transformation programme already in motion, they’re now seeking a senior Programme Lead to help deliver change at pace and with precision.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role – perfect for someone who thrives on complexity and can bring clarity, coordination and momentum across multiple work streams.

The focus areas:

1. Academic restructure
2. Redesigning student and academic services
3. Reforming the workload model
4. Aligning support services to a new faculty structure

You’ll need to be a credible and confident operator – someone who’s worked within a university environment and understands how to navigate its unique culture, pace and politics.
