Interim Director of Human Resources, UK Further Education College

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a UK FE College that is looking to engage an interim Director of Human Resources for a period of approximately 3 months from the beginning of August. This role is to fill the gap between the outgoing HRD departing and the new HRD starting.

You will have strong public sector experience in a similar role with a firm grasp and understanding of current developments around new legislation. This is a holding role where the college needs a solid HR professional to ensure the college is ‘kept legal’ during this period of transition.

The role can be undertaken on a 4 or 5 days a week basis with an expectation to be on site every day.

The engagement will ideally be on a fixed term contract basis on a salary of just over £70K per annum pro rata. A day rate inside IR35 will also be considered.
