We’re supporting a UK university to identify an experienced interim leader to head up their Marketing, Student Recruitment and Communications function during a pivotal period of strategic focus and organisational change.
This senior leadership role carries a broad and impactful remit. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the university’s UK and international recruitment strategy, leading on brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an integrated approach to internal and external communications. You’ll also oversee widening participation, digital marketing, alumni engagement, and philanthropic initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong leadership credibility, a collaborative instinct, and a data-led approach. The university is seeking someone who can challenge current plans with evidence, improve performance across the recruitment funnel, and bring clarity, focus and momentum to a complex agenda.
