We’re working with a UK university to appoint an experienced interim leader to take on the role of Chief Student Officer, overseeing the end-to-end student journey during a pivotal period of transformation and cultural change.
This is a senior-level opportunity with a broad strategic and operational remit. You’ll lead on student wellbeing, engagement, success and inclusion, bringing together academic and professional services teams to deliver a joined-up, future-focused student experience. From enrolment to graduation (and beyond), you’ll be the driving force behind creating a vibrant, inclusive student environment.
You’ll be confident working at pace, navigating complexity, and influencing senior stakeholders. The university is looking for someone who can guide institutional priorities through a student-first lens, combining vision with operational rigour and empathy.
