Anderson Quigley is urgently supporting a small, specialist higher education institution with the immediate/ASAP appointment of an Interim Head of HR.
This will involve:
An initial six-month fixed-term, salaried contract, with the potential to extend to twelve months; an immediate or ASAP start date; full-time preferred, though 0.8 FTE will be considered; and a predominantly remote working pattern, with only one day per week required on-site in West London.
Higher Education sector experience is essential to this role, although we may be able to consider further education sector experience in lieu of this. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a two-person HR team (you as the Head of HR, and one HR Officer/Advisor), so we really do need someone comfortable with their duties being a genuine mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, as required to provide an excellent HR service institution-wide. You may have gained this experience within a previous Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Manager role.
