Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with this SEMH school for 11–16-year-olds as it looks to engage an interim Headteacher to begin 28th of April for two terms (until end of December 2025).
You will ideally have experience as a successful headteacher in an independent SEMH setting. Key areas of focus will be quality of education, teaching & learning and curriculum. You will be a strong leader who can quickly establish credibility with the leadership and teaching teams. You will have excellent turnaround skills and the ability to effectively communicate your vision of improvement.
The role will ideally be on a fixed term contract, 5 days a week, on a pro rata salary of between £75K and £80K p.a.
