Head of Programmes (Health), Private Higher Education Provider

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with Private Higher Education institution as they look to appoint a Head of Programmes (Health).

Your main areas of responsibility will focus on managing a team which consists of Programme Leaders and lecturers. In this role you will provide guidance and leadership to develop staff.

You will lead on the curriculum design, ensure successful academic delivery of courses and embed outstanding learning, teaching and assessment practice, which will be reflected in metrics and rankings such as TEF and NSS and other key performance indicators.

An understanding of health as a subject area is important, but the client will consider candidates with varying degrees of experience.

Your role will also be to support the Dean of School Health and Sports Science.
