The Head of School (Quality of Education) has a vital role in bringing to life the EMAT teaching and learning framework and values. Working under the direction of the Executive Headteacher, the Head of School will provide professional vision and leadership to ensure the highest possible standards of teaching and learning in all phases. Working with the SLT, the Head of School will be responsible for leading the strategy to raise teaching and learning standards and to promote a culture of high aspiration for all pupils.
What you will need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of strategic academic senior leadership ensuring that the staff team can access and deliver effective pedagogy. You will have the ability to inspire, motivate and lead, as well as be able to communicate a clear vision to deliver impact on a short-, medium- and long-term basis.
