Deputy Dean of Business

Anderson Quigley are pleased to share we are working with a private Higher Education provider, Regent College London, who are looking to appoint a Deputy Dean of Business role.

Regent College was formed in 2010, and work with a collection of university partners to deliver Foundation Degrees, through to Master’s Degrees. Their driving commitment is to provide excellent teaching, a positive culture, and unparalleled student support. They have grown significantly since their inception and have ambitions to continue to increase in size and scope.

Role Overview

This is a new role created to support the Dean of Business with the School of Business’s growing – today with 5000 students – offering many courses across all levels for marketing, business management, accountancy, and financial management.

Staff management will be a key requirement and the ability to focus on workload management.

Experience in managing online courses which support 1500 students would be advantageous.

Regent would ideally like the candidate to have experience in the regulatory space with an understanding of OfS conditions and compliance would be useful.

It would be desirable to have experience of validation through working with degree-awarding partners.

This role has hybrid working on offer.
