London Park Schools (LPS), a new group of smaller schools offering a more dynamic, fresh and forward thinking approach to modern secondary education. The group consist of LPS Mayfair in Piccadilly, LPS Clapham in leafy green Clapham, LPS Sixth, all a short walk from Victoria station, along with LPS Hybrid which combines four days on line with one day in school (at LPS Mayfair), provides students with the skills and support they need to embrace their futures with confidence

LPS is seeking to appoint a customer focused Director of Operations, who will lead and transform the operational functions across the group. As a key member of the LPS’s Leadership team working with the Principal and Director of Finance, you will have the opportunity to shape the operational process and procedures across facilities, estates, health and safety and transport ensuring a consistent service in each school.

The Director of Operations will provide hands-on leadership to the above operational leads to deliver a well-coordinated, operationally excellent service to deliver the strategic aims of the school and the operational departments to a high standard with a customer-orientated ethos.

You will have hands-on experience leading a large complex operational team. You will be a conscientious and hard-working individual who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of activities.

You will possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly customer focused and possess the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a flexible and adaptable style.
