Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with The London Campus Ltd (part of Trilogy Education Group) for the search of an Interim Head of Student Recruitment. The CEO and COO are people we have worked with for a number of years in their previous positions, and they are both very successful, values-led, ethical business leaders, with over 20 years experience each within the leadership of reputable public universities and private higher education businesses.

Overview:

Their recently incorporated start-up requires the support of both an Interim Head of Student Recruitment to help launch the brand, establish new partnerships, and place high quality education and student experience at the heart of everything they do. This is a true start-up environment so these opportunities definitely require a ‘roll your sleeves up’ and ‘from scratch’ approach – these are not the ideal opportunities for strategic leaders looking to utilise significant resource and teams to achieve impact and outcomes.

Please get in touch if you:

• Are immediately available or soon to be available for an initial 3-6 month contract
• Have experience as a Head / Director of Student Recruitment, gained with both public universities and private or alternative HE providers
• Are comfortable with a ‘ground zero’ environment, which requires part-time support to start with, and could ramp up quickly (i.e. 2 days per week up to 4 days per week depending on progress and success)
• Are willing to spend at least 1 day per week on-site in London
