The principal & CEO is responsible for the leadership, organisation and management of the whole school. The role’s key deliverables are aligned with the annual school quality review and the school’s strategic plan. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and a compelling storyteller, ensuring that new families understand the school’s dynamic educational offerings, which will, in turn drive strong student enrolment.

You will have a proven track record of successful senior leadership within an international school and hold a degree along with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

An understanding of the Portuguese education system is essential, and ideally, you will speak Portuguese.
