As part of this group, The London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), based in central London, specialises in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fashion, graphic design, business management, and hospitality.
Overview:
As Director of Quality and Standards, you will be a senior leader at LCCA, reporting to the Managing Director with a strategic link to the Chief Academic Officer – UK Colleges Division (GUS). You will drive quality assurance and academic standards, ensuring compliance with OfS conditions and regulatory frameworks. Leading the Quality Team, you will champion continuous improvement, delivering a high-impact service to stakeholders while enhancing the student experience.
Essential Criteria:
Significant leadership experience within academic quality assurance, governance, and regulatory standards within higher education is absolutely essential for this role.
A strong understanding of OfS conditions, academic regulations, and best practices is also essential. Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a complex environment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is required for informed decision-making and continuous improvement. A master’s degree or equivalent experience in education, higher education administration, or a related field is also key.
