Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a London-based university who are looking to appoint an interim HR Business Partner role for a 6 month assignment.
There is a strong focus on change management projects in this role. You would be working in partnership – through a matrix relationship – with the Director of HR, Deputy COO, COO and Project Manager to ensure the delivery of new structures, job descriptions and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an HR Business partner on complex programmes. You will be comfortable working independently, have good problem-solving skills and are disciplined in meeting deadlines.
They are looking for a candidate to start before the end of February.
Hybrid working is on offer, and they are open to part time 4 days a week as well as full time working.
