We are delighted to be working with this Ofsted graded ‘Good’ 11-16 school as it looks to add capacity to its senior leadership team. The school needs an experienced behaviour specialist who can ‘hit the ground running’, providing operational support, walking the corridors and generally ‘rolling up their sleeves’ to help where necessary. SEND expertise/experience would be a bonus. Non-teaching role.
This post is to start immediately, ideally 3 days a week until Easter initially and likely until the 1st of May.
Salary range is L12 (£65268) to L16 (£72162). May look at slightly higher for the right candidate.
The client is a happy to consider a fixed term contract or a day rate INSIDE IR35.
