Anderson Quigley is working with a small 11-16 secondary school in Staffordshire, rated Good in its recent Ofsted, as it looks to add some extra capacity to its senior leadership team due to a recent restructure. Reporting to an executive headteacher, you will have recent experience of successfully implementing an effective behaviour and attendance policy. The role would suit an experienced head, deputy or assistant head who is happy to roll up their sleeves in an operational role. Low attendance is a particular issue at the school that needs addressing. This could be full-time or part-time but not less than 3 days a week.
This is a non-teaching position and can start either as soon as possible or from January 2025. The role is until Easter in the first instance but could possibly be until the end of the academic year.
The client is happy to engage someone on a fixed term contract on the books of the school, leadership range L12 to L14 ( £65286 to £68586) pro rata or on a day rate Inside IR35.
