Aston University is seeking a Director of International Recruitment and Development to lead the strategic growth of international student recruitment. This pivotal role, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, will be responsible for developing a comprehensive global recruitment strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets, while enhancing the university’s international profile.
The successful candidate will join the University Senior Leadership Group and collaborate with various stakeholders, including academic departments and marketing teams, as well as partners internationally to drive the international recruitment agenda in alignment with our strategy, Aston 2030.
The role will involve leading the international recruitment strategy to align with Aston’s 2030 objectives, overseeing the operational management of the recruitment team, and managing partnerships with educational agents and institutions. It also encompasses data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, stakeholder engagement for a seamless student experience, and brand development to enhance Aston University’s global reputation.
