Interim Director of Estates, UK University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to take to market an Interim Director of Estates role for a UK university.

Due to the interim nature of this position, it requires someone with prior experience as an Estates Director who can step in as the lead and make an immediate impact at the executive level within a limited 6-12 month period. Therefore, please only express interest if you’re already operating at Director level, ideally within the Higher Education sector or a similarly complex, large-scale, publicly regulated environment with a comparable estate size to a large UK university.

Availability for an immediate start or by the end of November is ideal, though a December start may still be considered. Unsurprisingly, a role of this nature requires an on-site presence of approximately 3–4 days per week. To make this easier, travel and/or accommodation expenses may be supported for the right candidate (if they are commuting from outside of daily distance).
