Our client, an independent schools group covering Nursery, Prep and Senior Schools is looking to recruit an interim Head of HR.
The role will ideally begin on the 21st of October, with a handover with the outgoing Head of HR. You will then provide cover until a replacement substantive appointment is made. The contract will be until the 20th of December in the first instance but possibly for a longer period. You will need to have experience as a Head of HR or similar in a school setting (state or independent).
Key priorities include managing the payroll process, ensuring safer recruitment as well as leading on employee relations casework.
This is a full-time role, on site 5 days a week in its West London head office.
The client will consider a day rate (Inside IR35) to be discussed with applicants, or a fixed term contract on a salary circa £60K to £65K per annum pro rata.
