Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a fantastic London-based University who are looking for an interim HR Manager (Projects and Performance) role.
This is an exciting and varied role – a key focus will be on implementing an academic operating model. Working closely with the Deputy Provost, you will support in several areas including the rationalisation of programmes, reviewing the balance of teaching versus research time and the move from a 3 to 4 credit model.
The client is looking for a proactive candidate who has the experience to work autonomously and is solutions-orientated.
Your role will also be to support the Director of Human Resources and work alongside other HR Managers. It would be essential for the successful candidate to have strong experience in the Higher Education sector in similar roles.
The contract length is 6 months with hybrid working on offer. The client will consider full-time (5 days a week) or part-time (4 days a week).
