Founding Head (India)

This is an outstanding opportunity to found and lead, a brand new premium independent school being launched by GEDU Global Education. Due to open in 2025, the School will cater for students aged 11-18 years old. The Founding Head will develop and bring into reality a compelling vision for a school that will offer an exceptional, world-class education in the heart of India.

The Founding Head and their team will carefully develop and articulate a compelling contemporary vision for the School, based on an understanding of GEDU ethos and the needs of the local market.

The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude and a hands-on approach to establishing and growing the School, with an exceptional curriculum, extensive co-curricular programme, and an excellent staff body in place. S/he will possess adaptability and resilience, intellect, ambition, and a global perspective. First-class communication skills, with the gravitas to act as an ambassador to a range of audiences, are crucial and should be complemented by commercial acumen and personal drive and ambition.
